SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the final cost of your purchase and your location. During the checkout process, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

In the contiguous United States (the lower 48), you will have a choice between Standard and Priority shipping. All other locations will go by Standard Shipping. Before you choose your shipping method, you will be able to see the estimated delivery time for each available shipping method.

PICK-UP IN STORE ORDERS

Any order placed online can be picked up at our East Earl Store location without incurring a shipping fee. Some products, due to their weight and size, or fragile nature, can ONLY be picked up in store, and will not be shipped. These products are marked clearly in the website.

TURNAROUND TIME

Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Estimated time of delivery showed to the customer at checkout includes this processing time.

TRACKING NUMBERS

After your order has been processed, you will receive a message with a tracking number (unless your order weighs less than one pound).

At this time, Good’s Online Store is only shipping orders to addresses in the United States and Canada. If you are from outside those shipping zones and have questions about Good’s Store or wish to order from us, please feel free to send us a message using the form below.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

Other Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If authorized for return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, underwear, swimwear, alternative fuel products, gift cards, and custom cut fabrics, foam, or glass.

Online purchases may be returned at any Good's Store locations .To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)* Books with obvious signs of use* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.* Any item that smells like smoke.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
