We provide nationwide shipping (within the 48 Continental US States) on most area rugs and mattresses.

For larger furniture items, we currently deliver only within California. Third-party freight delivery may be arranged for orders outside of California; please contact us for more details.

You may also choose to pickup your order directly from our warehouse. Please select the 'Pick up' option during checkout.

Please note:

- We work diligently to ensure that you receive your order within a timely manner. However, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, transportation difficulties or any other cause beyond our control.

- The buyer will assume all risks associated with transportation and handling of merchandise being picked up.

- We cannot move, haul or rearrange old furniture. Please ensure that the area is clear and safe for delivery. We will not be liable for any damage caused to property.

Please Note: In lieu of a signature, any form of payment on the order will be regarded as an understanding and acceptance to the following terms.

Special order items and clearance items cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. Buyer may cancel stocked items up to one day before scheduled pick up or delivery date for a full refund. Seller may cancel an order before pick up or delivery and issue a refund to the buyer. Buyer may return stocked items up to three days after delivery or pick up for a partial refund (minus delivery fees and 25% restocking fee). All returns are inspected and subject to seller approval.

The item(s) must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging. All expenses related to the return will be paid by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and insuring your return, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately and credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Although every precaution is taken to display the most accurate descriptions and images of our products, slight variations may occur. Return requests due to slight variations are subject to seller approval and may or may not be accepted.
