Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and all original packaging included, such as boxes and dust bags where applicable.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items

Unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Items from the same order should be returned in a single parcel whenever possible. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from the same order sent at different times.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change the size or item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
