Shipping Timeline

Handling and Delivery Times:

•Handling time ranges from 1 to 5 days. Delivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days from local studios, and 14 to 21 business days from international studios.

•Please expect additional delivery time due to weather, climate conditions, or rural locations.

•We do not support P.O. box delivery at the moment. Please provide a USPS address for US orders.

Oversized, Hand-Crafted Items :

•Our oversize furniture line has a 20% restocking fee for returns due to change of mind.

•For oversized furniture and hand-crafted sculptures, shipping time can take between 4 to 8 weeks (excluding preparation time).

•Please be aware that any delivery issues caused by incorrect address input are the buyer's responsibility.

•Tracking Info :• Tracking updates may temporarily pause during customs inspection or freight transfer stages• Oversized shipments may first arrive at a local sorting/freight center before final dispatch• Final delivery is often completed by a local freight or postal partner after customs clearance• Rural or remote delivery locations may require additional transit time

Buyer Protection Program

As a marketplace platform, we’ve established a Buyer Protection Program to help prevent issues between studios and customers. Here's how it works:

•If a package is not delivered within 8 weeks, the order will be automatically refunded. ( The 8-week period is effective from the ship-out date.)

•If the package arrives after the refund, the buyer is welcome to keep it — no need to return it.

•This program is designed to provide a worry-free shopping experience for all buyers

•We work with over 200 studios, and many new studios join the platform each month. Although we have a seller verification process, this program is designed to protect buyers in case a seller becomes unresponsive or unavailable after purchase.

OnShelf have a 20 days return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with out missing parts.

We value your shopping experience and want to ensure it meets your expectations. Please review our return policy below before requesting a return.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at Contact Us .Our dedicated team will guide you through the process.

1.Submit a Request

Contact us with:

•Clear photos of the product (and issue if damaged/defective).

•A photo of the shipping label as proof of delivery.

•The reason for return.

2.Return Label

Our return team will coordinate and provide a return label within 1–2 business days.

3.Drop-Off

Follow the drop-off instructions and return the package before the label expiration date.

4.Refund Process

Once the return is confirmed, your refund will be initiated within 1–3 business days.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

•It must be in pristine condition, just as you received it.

•The item should be unworn or unused.

•All original tags must be attached.

•Original packaging intact with all parts included.

* Restocking Fee – For furniture, oversized sculptures, customized items and large rugs, a 20% restocking fee applies for returns due to change of mind, size/measurement misunderstandings, or misinterpretation of product specifications.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

*Please note: If you do not promptly provide photographic evidence of the issue, we may not be able to process your return or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds under these conditions:

•Items that have been damaged, used, or altered by the customer.

•Missing products due to customer mistakes, such as misrepresented addresses.

•Delivery errors caused by wrong address information provided by the customer.

•No receipts will be provided for delivery attempts in cases of incorrect address or delivery errors caused by the customer.

•Orders without following our return process and policy steps.

•Color, style, or size dissatisfaction resulting from customer misinterpretation of product description (a 20% restocking fee applies).

•Custom items are only eligible for exchange if there is a damage or product issue; they cannot be returned for other reasons.

Order Cancellation & In-Transit Policy

•Made-to-order oversized furniture may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.

•Once the order has been handed to the freight carrier and is in transit, cancellation is not possible and delivery must be completed first.

•After delivery, you may request a return according to our return policy, and our team will assist you with the return process.

•In-transit shipments cannot be intercepted or refunded prior to delivery.

Exchanges

•If you wish to exchange, the best option is to inform us before shipment.

•Otherwise, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Wholesale & Bulk Order Returns

•We do not accept return or refund requests for wholesale orders, except in cases where the product is clearly defective or damaged.

•In the event of a defective or damaged item, only an exchange or replacement of the affected product is available.

•Returns or refunds for reasons other than damage or defects are not permitted under wholesale order policies.

•Bulk orders with individual wholesale deals are treated as wholesale orders, and the same policies apply.
