📦 PrimeStore Premium Marketplace — Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders placed on PrimeStore Premium Marketplace are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. You will always be notified of any significant delays.

International Shipping

PrimeStore Premium Marketplace ships to most countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Some regions may experience longer transit times depending on local postal services.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear, especially for international shipments or items shipped directly from our suppliers.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

PrimeStore Premium Marketplace is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs holds.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office

Verify the shipping address on your order

Contact the carrier directly

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

Returns & Return Shipping

If your return is approved, customers are responsible for paying for and providing their own return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, customers are responsible for paying for and providing their own return shipping unless otherwise stated. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@primestorepremiummarketplace.net .
