Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the worthing.in website. Following situations may arise:

1. Book was torn

2. Pages were missing

3. Books was / were missing

4. Wrong book was sent by the Seller.

Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Buyer need to raise the refund request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

For any other case else than the other 4 listed above we don't provide a Refund. In the above 4 cases also if the replacement of the book is available that is we have the correct book in our stock we will send you the correct book as a free replacement for your order or a Refund as the customer desires.

Following books shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of book;

• Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

• Books with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

• Any book that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the book/s delivered;
