Returns from PilatesHoney
You should love what you wear. If you don't fall in love with your Pilates Honey purchase, don't worry. We happily accept returns within 14 days of your order (according to the delivery date on your tracking).
Holiday Return Policy: We're extending our returns for the holidays! You'll have 21 days to return any applicable items ordered between 12/10 and 12/25. Please expect delays for email responses during the holiday period of 12/23 through 1/2!
Online returns will be reviewed by our customer care team and you can expect your qualifying refund to be processed within 5 business days, along with an email notification.
To qualify for a refund of merchandise purchased online, items must be in original condition. Merchandise must also have been bought at regular full price, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been purchased with a discount code do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Due to high shipping fees, we do not accept returns on international purchases at this time.
