Damaged goods: Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and goods and send this to us by email to support@synthesisorganics.com within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel to enable us to claim postal insurance and replace your damaged goods.

For any supply errors or damaged goods, please notify Synthesis within 24 hours of receipt of goods by email at support@synthesisorganics.com . Photos of damaged goods/boxes must be included for insurance purposes. Synthesis will use reasonable efforts to process all returns within 21 days of receipt.
