DELIVERY ISSUES

It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging and will be at our cost.

Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Each Great Smile Company Collection item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive your merchandise and decide you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

What is the Condition of the Return Policy?

All product(s) must be sent back in its original packaging and must not have been used or installed. For bigger appliances, retaining the pallet is essential for returns. A product that's been used, installed, or is missing its box and pallet isn't eligible for a return.

At Great Smile Company, we do not charge restocking fees on our in-house brands. However, as an authorized retailer for trusted partners such as Complete Medical, McKesson, and others, certain items fulfilled directly from these brands’ warehouses may be subject to their own restocking fees. The amount varies depending on each brand’s return policy.
