Refund policy Returns Satisfaction is guaranteed on all new item sales. We will gladly accept a return if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Some returns may be subject to handling and/or restocking fees. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are outside the window of offering a refund or exchange. There is a non-refundable 2.7% credit card fee on all canceled orders. We offer many custom-made products, specifically custom sized and shaped covers and liners for swimming pools. Returns are not accepted on any custom item for any reason. If we make a mistake with your custom order, we will repair or replace the item to satisfy the original order. Custom pool covers and liners carry a manufacturer's warranty only when they are custom made specifically for the pool they are used on, and are installed and used properly. All Open-Box, Scratch-and-Dent, Used, Like New, Returned, and Refurbished sales are final. All sales including Complete Setup of goods are final upon the signed acceptance of the goods by the consumer. All local delivery, setup, installation, and/or other service fees are non-refundable upon attempt to complete the service. All sales of Replacement Parts of whole goods are final.
