Refund policy Returns Satisfaction is guaranteed on all new item sales. We will gladly accept a return if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Custom pool covers and liners carry a manufacturer's warranty only when they are custom made specifically for the pool they are used on, and are installed and used properly. All Open-Box, Scratch-and-Dent, Used, Like New, Returned, and Refurbished sales are final. All sales including Complete Setup of goods are final upon the signed acceptance of the goods by the consumer. All local delivery, setup, installation, and/or other service fees are non-refundable upon attempt to complete the service. All sales of Replacement Parts of whole goods are final.
