What are the Shipping Rates and Terms?

When it comes to shipping, we try to keep things simple at www.silverfernbrand.com. Our shipping policy, for domestic shipping, mirrors Amazon's policy: FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49. If you order total falls short of that mark, you will be charged a flat rate of $4.95.

We also have the option to upgrade to Express 2-Day Shipping for a fee. All 2-day express orders will ship the next business day, with packages arriving in two business days from the date of shipment (ie Friday orders will ship Monday and deliver Wednesday).

What carriers do you ship with?

Most www.silverfernbrand.com orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We send the majority of orders USPS in order to keep shipping costs as low as we can for you! Now, depending on the size of the package and speed of delivery to certain locations, we may also use other options like UPS. Orders that have upgraded Express Shipping typically are sent Fedex, but that can vary. Ultimately, we use the best options we can find that are cost effective and reliable!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order placed on our website will leave our Utah-based warehouse within 2-3 business days. While we cannot control how quickly USPS delivers the product, most orders are received in 4-7 business days from the time of purchase, depending on distance from the warehouse. A valid tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it is created with USPS or other shipping carriers. You can also login to your account to see the tracking number and shipment status.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Because we offer products that are consumable food items, we have a strict return policy and can only accept new and unused items. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details and how to initiate a return.

After you submit your purchase, your order will quickly move through the process to be packed for shipment or pick up.

Items for Shipping - you have up to 15 minutes to cancel your order once payment is taken and order is submitted. Our customer service team is available from 8:30am to 2:30pm MT at customerservice@silverfernbrand.com to help get an order cancelled. Please put CANCEL in the subject line.

If your order can be canceled

You'll receive an email confirming your cancelation. Keep in mind you won't be charged however, you may see a pre-authorization on your card. Funds will become available again once your bank releases the hold.

If your order is unable to be canceled

If your items were shipped prior to cancellation request - just return your items once received! See our Return Policy for options.

Will the products in my order be shipped together?

All of our products are fulfilled from one warehouse location and should be shipped together. Although the contents of your order should be delivered together, it is possible that multiple parcel shipments may arrive at separate times.

How Does Free Shipping work?

If you live in the lower 48 states of the USA and spend over $49, your entire order will be shipped to you free of charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico residents will be charged extra due to the added expense to ship to these locations. Canada residents are also not eligible for free shipping.

Do you ship to Canada?

We are proud to announce that we now can ship to Canada. Shipping starts at $12.99 for any order under 5 lbs and incrementally increases based on the weight of the shipment. We do not accept payment for GST, PST, or HST, so additional charges may be required upon shipment. The customer agrees to pay all taxes upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States of America and Canada. We are working to get products into other countries, but most countries have very strict rules when it comes to ingredients that they allow across their borders. Check back here often to see new countries that are available to ship to.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products received from us you can initiate a return for most unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Before returning any Silver Fern™ products you must contact customer service at customerservice@silverfernbrand.com or (888) 525-9605 to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns that are shipped back to Silver Fern™ Brand without an RAN will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

•All products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition unless already damaged upon original delivery.

•If items were damaged or defective upon original delivery we will refund or replace your order, including shipping fees, and will arrange for FedEx to pick up the products from your home.

•Items that are refused or undeliverable are eligible for a refund covering the total amount of products ordered, but the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.

•After Silver Fern™ Brand receives a return we will inspect the items and issue a refund, replacement, or credit based on the reason for the return and the condition of the products.

Please note:

-Shipping charges are non-refundable and not refunded in the event of a return.

-All returned order are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

-Open products are final sales only.
