PO BOX/Parcel Collect/Locker Orders: To avoid delays, please select Australia Post as the courier for any orders being delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Collect/Locker address. Other couriers cannot deliver to these addresses, and selecting an alternative courier may result in the order being returned to us.

1.You may pick up the product(s) from our warehouse. Alternatively you may contact us to arrange delivery. (Products are packed in large crate boxes- We suggest collection in a van/truck)

2.The purchaser is responsible for shipping/delivery costs. No shipping or delivery will be complimentary.

3.Lope Pilates is not liable for any damages that may occur in transit. Products leaving our warehouse will always be checked prior to shipping.

4.Shipping (if conducted by us) will be arranged within 3 business days from date of purchase.

For Melbourne clients: For customers within a 30KM radius from our warehouse, Lope Pilates will offer complimentary instalment and assembly. Please note, Lope Pilates does not provide rubbish removal/disposal. Rubbish removal/disposal will be the responsibility of the client.

For interstate clients: Lope Pilates will ship purchases via a third party courier service to all interstate clients. Tracking will be provided upon finalisation. Please note: Our third party courier service will not provide moving assistance, assembly, installation, rubbish removal.

Lope Pilates DOES NOT ACCEPT refunds. On the rare occasion a return is approved, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14 Burton Court, Bayswater 3153 Melbourne. Any expenses regarding the refund (including shipping) will be at the expense of the customer. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
