Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Shipping timeframes may be extended during high volume periods such as sales events, product launches, and holidays. Even when selecting Express Shipping, there is a chance your item may take longer than 3-4 business days to arrive due to high demand. If this happens, your order will be prioritized in our fulfillment system and delivered as soon as possible.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to the 48 U.S. continental states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, or Military States (AA, AE, AP).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status here: Track Your Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on warehouse availability.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at shop@reformefitness.com . We can update your address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us at shop@reformefitness.com . We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Duties & Taxes

We currently ship within the U.S. only, so duties and taxes do not apply.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be delayed. We process orders as usual, but shipping carriers may experience delays. If you have concerns, please contact us.

Do you deliver to upper floors? No, all fitness equipment is delivered via curbside delivery only.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages? We ship from multiple warehouses based on product availability, which may result in separate deliveries.

I need a refund—what should I do? We offer a 60-day return policy on eligible products. Please refer to our Return Policy.

What if my order is delayed? Delivery may be affected due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or customs delays).

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns require the original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

To start a return, contact us at shop@reformefitness.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Return Options

All returns must include the original packaging, accessories, and components. Returns missing original packaging will not be refunded.

Unopened items — Free return. We provide the prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or defective items — Free return. We provide the prepaid shipping label and will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Opened or used items — Eligible for return with a $30 restocking fee per item, deducted from your refund. We provide the prepaid shipping label. Original packaging is required.

You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Free Gifts and Bundle Items

Free gifts and complimentary bundle items are yours to keep. These items are non-refundable and do not need to be returned, even if you return the paid items from your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shop@reformefitness.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

•Items returned without original packaging

•Free gifts and complimentary bundle items

•Custom-made products

•Gift cards

•Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids and gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a separate order for the new one once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and components, along with your order number or proof of purchase. We provide the prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
