For international orders, we use globally renowned carriers (DPD, DHL, Fedex and UPS). which differ depending on the destination, to ensure a fast, reliable service.

The below transit times are estimates provided by the courier companies. We monitor the performance of the couriers closely and the vast majority of orders are delivered within the time-frames below.

TRACKING

•After your order has been shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen delivery service.

•Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.

•If you have chosen DHL for express courier in UK, you will get an email or text showing an hour delivery slot.

•You can also see the shipping information in your account on our website, or in the Shop app on your phone.

•Please note, you can not link an order retrospectively to an account to view tracking. To be able to view an order in your account you need to enter your email address and you will be sent an email with a code to login and view your order(s).

LOST ITEMS

The delivery services will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days for UK orders and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered an item which may not fit in your post box please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

We understand that you might not love everything you ordered - and that’s ok!

We’ve made returning items on your order super easy for you. If you change your mind, as long as you’ve not removed the tags and it's unworn you can send it back for a refund.

If you can’t find your order number, you can get it by logging in to your account at the top of the page. If you're still having problems you can contact the support team

Please note that if you purchased your item from an independent / third party retailer (not directly via the Proviz website), you will need to liaise with them directly regarding any return/refund/warranty queries.

Once you’ve registered your return we will keep you informed all the way on its progress. Once its been delivered and checked in we will process your refund.

If you are returning multiple orders, each order must be registered as an individual return. You cannot combine multiple orders into one return, as our returns process is fully automated.

All returns must be registered within 21 days of your order being delivered. Once registered, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Returns that are not registered within the initial 21-day period cannot be accepted, and we are unable to make exceptions to this timeframe.

Exchanges

We’re pleased to launch our new exchange platform for mainland UK orders.

At the moment, this service is available for mainland UK customers only, due to currency limitations. We are continuing to work with this platform and hope to expand exchanges to international orders in the future.

You’ll need your order number and email address so that we can find your order and process your return. You can get this from the order confirmation email we sent to you when you placed your order. If you cant find your order confirmation email, please login to your account (top of the page on our website).

•Unfortunately we are not able to provide free returns. We charge a subsidised return fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

Proviz 6-Month Warranty

At Proviz, we design our products to perform and to last. That's why every Proviz product purchased through our website is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If you believe your item has developed a fault due to a defect in materials or workmanship, simply contact our Customer Service team with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or alternative resolution.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations, or damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.
