White Glove Delivery Service

Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. This service includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Small Parcel Delivery.

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service

Preparing for Delivery

•It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit in desired rooms, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways. Please see our Measuring for Furniture Delivery . These are merely guidelines for measuring and do not guarantee your furniture will fit.

•It is your responsibility to verify that the room of your choice is suitable for your furniture and cleared of existing furniture as our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.

•If you live in a high rise or condominium which requires a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.

Scheduling Delivery

•In Stock: You will be contacted within 14 business days of purchase with more details on the shipment of your order.

•Deferred Delivery: Delivery will occur once all of the items become available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once your items arrive at our warehouse.

•We will only hold merchandise in our warehouse for 90 days. After that time period has passed, full payment is required and we must schedule delivery of your order.

Delivery Day

•An individual 18 years or older, must be home to accept delivery and inspect your order.

•Furniture items will be carefully unpacked and assembled and the packing materials removed. (excludes lighting, mirrors, wall art, heat lamps, vanities, washstands, and fountains)

•Items such as lighting, mirrors, wall art, vanities, and washstands will not be unboxed, inspected, assembled, or installed. Our delivery team is not permitted to install any electrical equipment, plumbing, or wall-mounted items.

Deliveries to Canada, U.S. territories, and international destinations require custom quotes and order subtotals must be $7,000 or more. Please contact Arhaus or your local store for details.

What to expect with Small Parcel Delivery

After your order has been finalized and processed, you will be notified with delivery information via UPS. Our order processing will vary based on company-observed holidays, demand and product availability. Some items may ship separately, and some oversized items may require a signature upon delivery. We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth below. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage.

Stock Furniture, Bath Furniture, Direct Ship, and Rugs

14 days: Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to these items if they are returned for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage. Bathroom vanities installed and hooked up to water, as well as faucets, plumbing, installed hardware cannot be returned. Bath products cannot be returned to the store and customers must work with our Client Service Team.

Non-Furniture Items: Includes Bedding, Decorative Accessories, Jewelry, Lighting, Mirrors, Pillows, Throws, Tabletop, Soft Goods, Bath Accessories, Faucets, Mounted Hardware for Bath, and Specialty Accent Merchandise

30 days: Bedding must be returned unused in the original product packaging. Wireless Rechargeable Battery Packs must be unopened in original cellophane packaging in order to be returned. Earrings are non-returnable. Faucets and plumbing that have been installed and hooked up to water cannot be returned or exchanged. Bath Faucets and Mounted Hardware cannot be returned to the store and customers must work with our Client Service Team. Lighting cannot be returned or exchanged once installed.

Mattresses

60 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if items are returned for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage.

Custom Special-Order Merchandise

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit may be required at time of purchase and will not be refunded if returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect.

Clearance Items (Sale), Custom Rugs, Direct Ship Artwork, Earrings, One of a Kinds, Relics, Wallpaper, and Faux Botanicals

Cannot be returned. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

In Case of Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required.

Credits and Refunds

•Taxes paid will be refunded

•Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit

•Restocking fees will be applied to merchandise that is returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. Restocking fee does not apply to Non-Furniture Items as defined above

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except in the case of cash and check purchases, in which a corporate check will be issued and could take up to 15 business days to process. If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited, unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
