Shipping in the United States

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for our shipping depending on the package size and your location. We try our best to ship orders placed before 11:00AM ET the same day we receive them. We offer free shipping for orders that meet a minimum order of $100.

Please contact us ASAP at support@loftie.com if you notice an error with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee edits received after an order has been placed and they may incur a change of address fee.

International Shipping

Loftie ships across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. If you don't see your country below, email support@loftie.com — we may still be able to help.

International orders placed on loftie.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery — you're responsible for return shipping back to our California warehouse. (Orders purchased from a third-party retailer are handled through that retailer.) Our warranty applies worldwide, and our customer support team is ready to help with any needs.

Loftie covers all international shipping and duties costs, so there are no extra or surprise charges. You'll only pay the price you see for the products in your cart.

Your Loftie Clock ships with a plug suited to your destination (US/Canada, UK, or EU); for other regions, a standard USB-C power adapter works.

We are pretty confident you’re going to love your Loftie! If, however, you and your Loftie just don’t get along, we've got you covered!

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on our website. All parts, including accessories, must be in like-new condition.

Returns will only be accepted in original packaging. If your returned Loftie arrives damaged or without all accessories and parts, you are eligible for up to a 50% refund.

What About International Orders?

If you would like to return or exchange an international order, you can send it back to our U.S. office within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

This includes customers based in the UK, France, Netherlands, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, and Portugal.

You can find your order number in your confirmation email. Please email us at support@loftie.com if you cannot find it or have any additional questions regarding returns.

* Mouth Tape, Puzzles, Sleep Masks, Dark Dots, Stick'ems, The Magical Dream Box Books, and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns . Puzzles are only accepted if unopened and in like-new condition.
