Shipping method and tracking

We primarily use DHL for delivery. Once your order has been processed, our shipping provider will take over the delivery.

We offer tracking on all orders so you can easily follow your package's journey until it reaches you.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred in resending the package.

Delayed packages

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us—we will help track and resolve the issue.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Please email info@tevako.com with your order number and photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. Our team will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tevako.com . Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled—but you can return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders are shipped from Asia, and customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our central warehouse in Asia.Return shipping costs typically range from €20 to €40, depending on the size of the package.

No restocking fees apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Regulations)

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened, unused, and sealed:

• Underwear (e.g., briefs, boxers, etc.)• Intimate or personal care products• Any items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

Exchanges
