Our Convenient Return and Exchange Policy:

We aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the shipped date.

Return & Exchange Timeframes

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days from the shipped date if they meet our guidelines.

Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the shipped date if they meet our guidelines.

Shipping Responsibility

Returns: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We cover the return shipping cost for exchange requests.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

•Items must be unworn, in new condition.

•Items must be unwashed.

•Items must have all original tags attached.

•Items must be in "Retail Ready" condition—ready for immediate resale in original packaging (no stains, odors, excessive perfume/cologne, smoke smells, etc.).

Items returned with visible dirt, stains, or animal/pet hair will be subject to a $20 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Important Notes on Returns

Online-Only Returns: Online purchases must be processed through our online return portal and cannot be returned to physical store locations.

Condition Review: All returned items must be resellable upon receipt, including original packaging, hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, and shoe boxes if applicable. Suits must be returned as a complete set (jacket and pants).

Return Approval: Our returns department will inspect all items. Items not meeting the above conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is shipped, please indicate this during the return process. In these cases, we will reimburse original shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within 15 business days after receipt and approval. Full processing may take up to 30 days.

Special Return Policies

Buy One Get One Free Sales: If only one item is returned, the remaining item reverts to full price. No refund unless both items are returned.

Buy One Get One 50% Off Sales: If one item is returned, pricing will be recalculated and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Bundles: Returning part of a bundle voids the bundle pricing and remaining items revert to full price.
