The Village Country Store Shipping Policy

The Village Country Store ships orders within 48 business hours. During peak season, orders may be delayed up to 72 business hours.

Many times we ship out the same day, we do ship quickly and process our orders as they are received. Peak seasons and WEEKENDS may be delayer up to 72 business hours.

The Village Country Store shipping policy includes:

•Orders are shipped within 48 business hours.

•During peak season, orders may be delayed up to 72 business hours.

•Orders are shipped the same or next day via USPS or FedEx.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

The Village Country Store Returns and Refund Policy

General Returns ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

1: Please contact us at admin@thevillagecountrystore.com for a return authorization RMA NUMBER and shipping instructions.

2: Please include the paperwork you received with your order or a print out of your email confirmation to enable us to process your return.

3: All returns must have trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4: Please email admin@thevillagecountrystore.com notifying us of the tracking number.

Please note: All Returns Are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This cannot be waived.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the ship date. If 30 days have passed since your order shipped, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

•All items must be returned within 30 days of ship date, in original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for ensuring the product is sent back to our warehouse in the same condition it arrived to you in.

•Absolutely no returns will be accepted past the 30-day from ship date deadline. Please ensure the product meets your expectations immediately upon arrival and contact us at admin@thevillagecountrystore.com for any special circumstances or issues.

•No returns are credited if there is no original packaging, no tags, or product has been soiled, subjected to any animal usage, has been laundered, or there is any unpleasant odor or smell from usage or the environment in which an item was utilized (bedroom, kitchen, etc with cooking smells, smoking, perfume etc.).

•Unless an item is wrong or has a manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

•The Village Country Store charges a 15% restock fee for product returned due to Buyer Remorse/Change of Mind.

•Items on Clearance or Liquidation cannot be returned.

•The Village Country Store may refuse to replace goods for unreasonable requests of any kind including priority shipping.

•In the event of an exchange, the item being replaced will be returned as per normal procedure, and you will be responsible for submitting a new order of the replacement product.

Damaged Goods Please notify us by email admin@thevillagecountrystore.com - we will determine if we need the item returned. A replacement will be set.
