Damaged Items in Transit:The shipping carrier you select is responsible for any loss or damage to packages during transit. To process a replacement for damaged goods, we need to file a claim with the carrier, which requires photos of the damage. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your items so we can submit the claim. After this period, Moonlight Mounts cannot be held responsible for any damaged packages or products. Packages are insured during transit but are not insured against damage at your home, business, etc. It is your responsibility as the buyer to inspect your delivery for damage immediately upon receipt.

Customs and import taxes:Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Information:While we design and manufacture our products, Moonlight Mounts does not handle the shipping process. Any delays in the estimated delivery date are beyond our control. We are happy to assist and will make every effort to expedite the process, but please note that your order will ship using USPS for domestic and Fedex for international, which are third-party companies. If your shipment does not arrive on time, please notify us, and we will contact the carrier to have the delivery charges refunded (except during holidays or other specific conditions that prevent refunds).

We do not monitor delivery dates on orders, so it is the recipient's responsibility to inform us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date if there has been a delay on guaranteed orders, so we can file a claim.

Warranty Information

We provide a 14-day warranty on all Moonlight Mounts originals that covers:

•Manufacturing defects

•Missing parts

The warranty does not cover:

•Accidental damage

•Normal wear and tear

•User-caused damage or modifications

Return Window

We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Return requests made after this 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

•In the same condition that you received it

•Unworn or unused

•Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Fees & Costs

•A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted returns that are not sealed in their original packaging.

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders as these expenses have already been incurred

•Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

•Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition

Return Shipping

•For customers within the United States: If your return is accepted, you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping using a carrier of your choice. We do not provide return shipping labels.

•For international customers: You must arrange and pay for your own return shipping using a carrier of your choice (such as UPS or FedEx). We do not provide return shipping labels for international returns due to high costs.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

•Used items (strictly enforced)

•Used electronics (strictly enforced)

•Custom products/special orders

•Sale items

•Gift cards

•Personalized items

•Items showing signs of use or modification

Shipping Damage Claims

If your mount arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately through our contact form. Refer to our shipping policy for specific procedures regarding transit-related issues.

Exchanges

We recommend returning your item (if approved) and making a separate purchase for the new item you want, as this is the fastest way to complete an exchange.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item on your order, for any reason and without justification.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day window expires:

•Log in to your customer account at https://account.moonlightmounts.com and request a return or cancellation from your Orders page.

•If you checked out using a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation — you will not be able to use the account URL without an email address.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Window After Notice

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels for EU orders.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for items not returned in their original sealed packaging. This fee is disclosed here as a condition of purchase.

Refunds for EU Customers

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include:

•The full purchase price of the returned item(s)

•The cost of standard outbound shipping (if you selected a premium shipping option, only the standard rate will be refunded)

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

•Custom or personalized items made to your specifications

•Items that have been used or show signs of use or modification

Refunds for Non-EU Customers

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will:

•Be subject to the 25% restocking fee

•Only cover the item's purchase price

•NOT include any original shipping costs (domestic or international)

•Be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
