We guarantee you will be thrilled with your Edifier experience. If a product purchased from Edifier does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

For all returns, please contact us first and obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back.

Returned products must contain all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals.

Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us:

•Contact us and obtain an RMA number.

•Pack your item in the original packaging

•Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

•Clearly indicate the RMA number on the packaging or parcel. We will not accept returns without an RMA number.
