Please note, once an order has been placed, the address will no longer be able to be amended due to security reasons. We would recommend checking your Billing/Delivery address thoroughly before placing the order to ensure this is correct.

If you do notice that the address is incorrect, then you can contact us before the order has been dispatched for the order to be cancelled and then you can re-place your order with the correct address. If you notice that this is going to the incorrect address after this has been shipped out then unfortunately, this can’t be altered however, you can contact the courier to request a return to sender. Once the package is returned to us, you will then be required to pay the postage fee again to get this dispatched to the correct address

Please be aware, when the safe place option is selected, this is not something which is done by us but it is done via the chosen courier. The courier does state that any safe place requests are left at the customers own risk. Therefore, as this is something which is set up externally to us, we are unable to take any responsibility for any loss or damage which may result from the package being left in the requested safe place.

EssentialPhoto & Video is committed to the provision of quality and reliable products and outstanding customer service. You are entitled to contact us to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You then have a further 14 days to be ensure these items are returned and received by us. To open a return or cancellation, please fill in the returns form at www.essentialphoto.co.uk/pages/returns-and-refunds , within 14 days of your purchase, prior to your return.

Please Note: If your Returns Case is opened in the 14 Days but not received within the further 14 days, we may reject the return. Your return may also be rejected if you contact after 14 days of receipt.

Requesting your Return

When this return is requested, it will be sent to our team to approve. Please ensure your item is:

•Eligible for return

•Requested for return within 14 days of receiving it

•And returned to us within 28 days of receiving it.

If your return request meets these terms, we will accept the return. If it doesn't, then the return request will be denied and our team should reach out with more information.

Returns for DOA, damaged, or faulty items MUST be reported to our team first so that an investigation can be opened. We will require that you provide an image/video of the fault, the serial number of the item, and the packing note so that our team can review your case fully.

Returning your Products

Your order packing note MUST be included in your return, with the order number visible so that your return can be identified when received by our returns department. A brief description of return reason may be handwritten on the back of the form to facilitate warehouse processing.

If this is missing, and there are no identifying details for the return such as order number, name, or address, this will delay or invalidate the refund/replacement process. Without the proof of an order number, PiXAPRO/EssentialPhoto & Video hold the right to deny a return request.

Return The Item(s) To Us Please return the product to our warehouse within 28 days* of the original date of receipt as long as it’s still in its original packaging & original condition.

Please be aware any missing original packaging, or damage to the item(s) returned may result in the amount due to be refunded being affected. They may be a 20-30% deduction.

All return products must be packed in well protected or if possible, original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product.

You may contact the support team with tracking information for this return via info@essentialphoto.co.uk . This may help to speed up your request. Please be aware, PiXAPRO/EssentialPhoto & Video cannot be held responsible for any lost/missing or damaged items when the buyer returns the item, including if the return is dispatched to the incorrect address. We also cannot be held responsible if the return item(s) are not handed/returned to an authorised Post Office or courier company.

Returns Postage

The postage cost of returning the item to must be covered by the customer unless this has been reported to us as DOA. We will not refund the cost of returning an item back to our warehouse, as DOA goods being returned will be arranged by ourselves using a specific courier service.

Receive Your Refund As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request at purchased price of the goods as quickly as possible. This can take up to 14 working days.

Our return policy is valid for purchases placed within 28 days, or where specified, 14 days. Any items received after this specified date will not be valid for return, and postage charge will be taken before we can re-dispatch these items back to you.

Returning goods for refund is governed under The Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations.

Postage Refunds

Order and product refunds are not eligible for postage returns except in exceptional circumstances. This includes additional surcharges such as additional handling or oversized goods charges placed on large items.

Payment Methods

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order.

Made to Order/Bespoke Items

Items that are manufactured to order or tailor made cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. These products include, but are not limited to, all custom printed products.
