International Order Terms and Conditions

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Mary Maxim to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Mary Maxim may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Return your merchandise within 90 days in resellable condition for a full merchandise refund.

Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

•All returns must be received within 90 days of the original purchase date.

•All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition.

•Exchanges are subject to a new shipping and processing rate.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damaged or incorrect (wrong item or color), please contact customer service at 1-800-962-9504 or email us. A full refund will be issued along with complimentary return shipping once the original merchandise is returned. With oversize heavy items, such as puzzle tables or frames, please contact us for return instructions.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% for large orders, refused orders, excessive return history, items returned past 90 days, or opened/damaged items.
