Free Shipping Every Day on all Orders over $99¹

To automatically qualify for free shipping, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the continental US. Order subtotal must total over $99. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to choose best shipping methods.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged based on weight, shipping method, and destination. Please be aware that we do not control shipping prices and these prices are calculated through their respected company servers. Also keep in mind, that USPS services are not guaranteed services. For example, priority 2-day mail simply means that the best-case scenario is that the package will arrive to your door within 2 days. However, being that this is not guaranteed service, the package could take longer to arrive. If you need the package by a certain date, we advise using UPS services.

Expedited shipping is available for all in stock items. For more information, please call 1-888-452-7263. Orders placed by 10 am EST Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day, pending credit card authorization. Any order placed after 10 am EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day. We do however try to get all orders out the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times do not include weekend days or holidays.

Please be aware that Fedex SmartPost is a 2-8 day service and is not guaranteed.

While Wholistic Pet Organics takes all efforts to ensure all packages are delivered as ordered, the shipping carrier is responsible for the deliveryof all packages on time and free of damages. Certain circumstances can arise where the carrier is unable to deliver based on weather, remoteness, etc.

International Shipping

Orders ship using USPS or UPS services. We reserve the right to choose best shipping method. Please allow 5-10 business days after the order has left our facility. Shipping times are not guaranteed.Wholistic Pet Organics is not responsible for customs delays or any duties, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or other fees, which may be incurred with your purchase. If you refuse a package after it has shipped and cleared by customs, we will deduct all fees associated with the package return from your refund.

Shipping Holidays

Wholistic Pet Organics observes the following holidays and will not be shipping on:

If you need to return your purchase, you can return it anytime within 30 days as long as it is in like new condition. Like new condition means that the item has not been opened and the seal is still intact. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment method excluding shipping charges.Wholistic Pet Organics does not cover the return shipping back to our facility and will not refund these charges.

Returns are accepted only for items that have been purchased directly from Wholistic Pet Organics. If our supplement was purchased through a third party (Amazon, Independent Retailer, etc.), the item must be returned where purchased and will follow their return policy.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our facility.
