To start a return, simply contact our support team at info@easybargains.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

If the item is defective, please kindly send an image or video of the item in your email. This will help us speed up the process and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, please provide the following:

If only the inner item is damaged: Clear photos/videos of the damaged item.

If both the outer packaging and inner item are damaged: Clear photos/videos of both the outer packaging and inner item damage.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

For customers located in Australia, this return policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any rights you have under the ACL.
