Soft Serve Parts — Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind every part we sell. If you need to return an item, we make the process simple. Soft serve machines are not returnable under any circumstances. All other products may be returned within 60 days of delivery as long as they meet the conditions below.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on all items except:

Soft serve machines

Any used, installed, or damaged part

Items not returned in original packaging

All returned items must be:

Unused

Uninstalled

In original, undamaged packaging

No restocking fee is charged on approved returns.

How to Start a Return

You can begin a return in either of these two ways:

Start a return directly through our website

We do not use RMA numbers — just include your order number inside the box.

International Returns

International customers are fully responsible for:

Return shipping

Arranging the shipment

All customs, duties, and fees

Shipping on warranty returns

We do not provide or arrange prepaid labels for international shipments.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label (U.S. only).International orders will receive replacement options but must handle return shipping.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 60 days with:

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of the packaging

Your order number

We will take care of the issue promptly.

Defective Items

All defective parts must be returned for inspection.

Machines

Soft serve machines are not returnable.All machine-related issues are handled under their warranty terms only.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return to process the refund.

We do not refund original shipping charges, unless we made a shipping error.

Condition of Returned Items

If an item is returned:

Used

Installed

Missing components

Damaged (not due to our error)

Not in original packaging

…the return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you.
