When will my order ship?

We process your order as soon as we receive it. For in-stock item, your package will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours. For back-order or pre-order item, your package will be shipped within 7 - 30 days.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have a 12-hour window in which you may cancel or change your order. Please email us at support@phenyxpro.com to cancel it.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to selected destinations in North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.

For North America, Free shipping covers only U.S. (50 states only and APO/FPO address is not included). Shipping rate might apply for Canada and Mexico.

For other countries, shipping fee and custom import fee might apply. Standard shipping fee will be calculated upon check out.

When will my package arrive?

Your package should arrive within 5-7 business day within U.S. territory for standard shipping, 1-3 business day for expedite shipping. Delivery time frame might vary from 12-18 business days for other countries.

We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.

How to Request a Return

Contact our email support@phenyxpro.com or service@phenyxusa.com or submit a case through Technical Support with your order number and the reason for return (Any products shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.).

We email you back instructions for returning and a Return Authorization Number.

Ship your unused product in its own original package with all materials to the address identified in our email.

We will notify you via email when we receive your return product and your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Return shipping fee is covered by Phenyx Pro only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.

Please be sure to use the original box and the shipping carton to ship the item back.

Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number before ship the product back to us. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to customer at his or her expense.

You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. If you are shipping an item over $150, pleas consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
