Fast and Safe shipping is one of our most important goals at Flight Factory Discs. Orders will generally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the website or product listing.

Pricing

- Pricing is determined by region and order value.- Free shipping is given on all US orders over $75.- We do ship internationally and shipping costs may be estimated at checkout. Shipping costs for international orders are estimates. If a large or uncommon order is placed, we may reach out to collect additional shipping costs or refund shipping costs if too much was paid.

Packaging

- 1 disc will generally ship in a bubble mailer with cardboard backing, and a "do not bend" sticker- 2 discs or more will generally ship in a box.- Specialty and unique products may require unique packaging, but we will do our best to ensure the safety of ALL packages.

Shipping Carriers

- Flight Factory will choose the best shipping carrier for your package using a combination of shipping times, pricing, and safety of items. We currently work with USPS, UPS, and Fedex.- International packages may originate with one of the carriers above but be transferred to another international carrier at some point.

Orders

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Some large items such as baskets, backpack bags, and carts, may ship directly from the manufacturer and arrive separately (there may be a delay in available tracking information on these items).

Orders including Pre-Order items will ship upon their arrival or on the release date specified by the manufacturer or within the product listing.

If any items on your order are unavailable in their selected options, we will contact you to coordinate a refund or replacement.

All items are new/unthrown unless noted otherwise. Some items may feature light storage wear, minor factory blemishes, or chalkiness of plastic. Please be aware that these minor blemishes may not be disclosed on every disc and shall be deemed as normal storage wear. Buyer understands and acknowledges that items may feature this light wear which is out of the control of Flight Factory Discs.

Returns

We accept returns for 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:• without showing signs of wear/use or damage in any way• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)• must not be a special order or a custom order• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shippedfrom us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. Outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
