If you order from us from outside the UK, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.

How to Return or Exchange:

•Visit our returns centre

•Enter your order number and email address or post code to begin.

•Follow the on-screen instructions to select items for return or exchange.

•Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and label information.

Returnable Items:

•Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

•Should be in unused, unsoiled, and resellable condition.

•Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

•Gift cards.

•The following products are excluded for hygiene reasons: compression shorts, mouthguards, socks, gum shields, groin cups, groin guards, training masks, and underwear.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?

•In case of a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll offer an exchange for an undamaged replacement of the correct product. If a replacement isn't available, we will help you decide an alternative product or issue a refund.

Exchange Policy:

•We do not charge return delivery costs on orders which are being exchanged.

•We allow the exchange of items for anything else in our store. Once your exchange request is approved, and the item you are returning has been received in good condition at our warehouse, we will ship the replacement item to you.

•We are unable to reserve stock for exchanges, if the item you have requested to exchange for is sold out by the time we receive your return, we will get in contact with you to offer an alternative item.

Shipping Returns:

•Detailed shipping instructions will be provided in the email you receive after your return request is approved. Note: If an order is returned due to a refused delivery or incorrect shipping address, the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing:

•After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 5-7 working days.

Parcel Responsibility:

•While the parcel is in your possession, it is deemed your responsibility. If it gets lost, used, or given away during this time, no replacement or refund will be provided.

•Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods after your purchase, you will be informed as soon as possible.
