REDUCED WASTE PACKAGING OPTION

In order to reduce waste, we recommend choosing the second-hand mailer/packing method and receive a small discount. Most of our products do not come individually packaged as we work with companies that are passionate about environmentally sustainability.

Little Lalang is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to send all orders within 3 working days from our warehouse in Singapore. However, we are both mums to young kids so we ask for your understanding if there are delays because sometimes life happens!

Below are the shipping time and fees:

SINGAPORE

Shipping time: 3-7 working days for courier, 7-10 working days for normal mail

Shipping fee: Free for above S$100 purchases, otherwise would be S$5 by courier or $3.50 by tracked letterbox mail.

During sale periods, please allow for more time for shipping as we get through a large number of orders.

MALAYSIA

Flat rate shipping: S$10

Due to high shipping costs, we are currently not shipping outside of Malaysia and Singapore. We will continue to monitor the shipping costs as we hope to restore shipping to other parts of the world soon.

Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside of Singapore and Malaysia and would like to purchase Little Lalang products. We will do our best to help you find the most affordable yet timely shipping option.

We always try our best to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the way they fit or there is a fault, please contact us at hello@littlelalang.com or via our contact page to discuss an exchange or refund. We will do our best to assist you with your concerns!

General Conditions

•Any refunds will be processed once the items have been received.

•To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund, the product must be in UNWORN and UNWASHED (as new) condition, with the original tags attached (if any).

•Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty.

Change of Mind

•Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, cloth pads and period undies are not eligible for returns due to change of mind or sizing issues. If there is a fault with the product, please contact us as soon as possible.

​ Returns for change of mind items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.

•There will be a 10% processing fee (waived for exchanges) which will be deducted for any cancellation due to change of mind (to cover payment processing fees charged to us).

•If you are returning or exchanging a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible for covering postage costs for both returning and re-sending the items.

•You may also be charged for initial postage of the items. This means that if your initial order is no longer eligible for free shipping, a postage fee of $4.50 will be further deducted.

Faulty

•Due to the variety of different brands & products, each product may have different warranty periods. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a defect in your product.

•If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

•Items sold as ‘seconds’ are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any defects will be clearly disclosed as the reason for the discounted price.

•The following are not considered manufacturer defects and will not be covered by warranty:

•normal wear & tear (e.g. pilling, fading, staining)

•damage due to misuse (e.g. drying on high heat)

•variation in print placement
