Order Production & Fulfillment

All of our T-shirts are custom-made using Printify’s print-on-demand platform. Once your order is placed, it goes to a Printify print provider for production. Production times can vary but most orders are sent to shipping within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by provider availability, high seasonal demand, or product stock levels.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Printify offers multiple shipping options. Delivery times depend on the carrier, shipping method selected, and destination:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options (estimated): • Economy Shipping: ~4–8 business days • Standard Shipping: ~2–5 business days • Priority Shipping: ~2–3 business days (when available) • Express Delivery: ~2–3 business days* (production and delivery combined)

*Express Delivery is available for select T-shirt models and aims to expedite both production and shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

International Shipping:International delivery times vary widely by destination but typically fall within 7–30+ business days depending on the country, carrier, and customs processing. International delivery estimates can be significantly longer than domestic timelines.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the items in your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination. Some carriers or methods may offer flat rates or real-time calculated rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to a carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to activate in carrier systems.

Production vs. Shipping Time

Please note that checkout delivery windows sometimes only refer to shipping transit time and do not include production time. The total delivery experience = production time + shipping transit time. We recommend customers consider both when estimating delivery dates.

Delays & Exceptions

Delays can occur due to: • Carrier issues or weather • International customs processing or duty holds • Print provider production delays • High seasonal order volumes

We aren’t responsible for carrier-related delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or correct the address once production begins. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at worshipwithwardrobe@gmail.com within 7–14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and any photos of damage so we can work with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Contact - Worship With Wardrobe - Checkout

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at worshipwithwardrobe@gmail.com . Follow up steps will be provided. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at worshipwithwardrobe@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No restocking fee.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at worshipwithwardrobe@gmail.com.
