Consumer orders are shipped on Delivered At Place (DAP) intercom terms. If located outside of the UK, the consumer is responsible for paying any import duties, fees and taxes. Business orders with shipping selected are shipped on Free Carrier (FCA) intercom terms. The seller will prepare export documents and submit to the courier, the buyer will help the seller with any further export information if required. All risk transfers to the buyer as soon as collected from the sellers premises. The buyer agrees to arrange their own insurance to cover any losses.

Customers agree to check their order has been delivered correctly within 72 hours of receiving. We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unfitted, and in their original condition

Returned in their original packaging

Complete with all accessories, instructions, and documentation, ready for resale

Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed internally and may be lost or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Changed your mind? You are responsible for your return shipping costs.

Ordered the incorrect part for your car? You are responsible for your return shipping costs.

Faulty? We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Incorrect item supplied? We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If you are liable for shipping costs, we recommend using a tracked and insured service in case of a loss, as we will not be responsible for a loss in a service you paid for.

If we are liable for shipping costs, we will either set up a collection at the delivered address or provide you with a label to drop off at the post office.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We will refund the amount in GBP only. We will not be accountable for any losses in currency fluctuations or processing fees.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or an incorrect item was supplied.
