CM Group ships to all 50 U.S. states as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands via UPS. Our CM system requires a physical shipping address at the time of order. You may include a PO box if it is accompanied by a physical shipping address. *See example below: 123 Street S., PO box 456, Anytown, MN

Shipping rates are based on the shippable item subtotal (digital artwork does not contribute to the subtotal to determine ship rates).

At checkout, you can choose from two delivery methods: Ground or 2-Day.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note: If you order Photo Prints with other products, all items will ship together.

•Orders with Photo Prints: Please allow 3-5 business days of processing time.

Light Package Shipping Update

As you know, domestic and international shipping fees have been climbing for some time. We continue to hold our shipping fees steady by looking for savings opportunities. One saving opportunity we use is the UPS SurePost service. It transitions smaller packages from UPS to the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery.

•If you only order a package under 7 lbs., UPS will hand off this package to your local post office for final delivery, adding approximately one day of service.

•However, if you have other packages that would be delivered to your house that day via UPS, then UPS will deliver that small package as well.

2-Day Air Shipping - US OnlyItems shipped 2-Day Air can be expected to arrive 2 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Free Shipping - US and CA OnlyCreative Memories offers Advisors and customers free standard ground shipping on retail orders over US$501/CA$601 (before taxes and fees).

Warranty

Returns

CM Group Holdings, Inc. guarantees the quality of our products. (See Our Product Promise for information on product testing and more.)

When subjected to normal use, the Company warrants that all tools, accessories and custom products purchased after November 1, 2014 from the Company shall be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

When subjected to normal use, the Company warrants that all albums purchased after November 1, 2014 from the Company shall be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a lifetime from the date of purchase.

If any component in the product has such a manufacturing defect within the warranty period noted above, the Company will replace it with the same product, or if the same is not available, an equivalent product, or the Company will issue a credit for the product.

The warranties do not cover items such as damaged photographs, memorabilia or other items used in the album.

Custom Products:

•Orders with Custom Products and Photo Prints cannot be canceled due to the complexity of the custom process.

•Custom Products and Photo Prints are not eligible for returns.

Last Chance Products: All Last Chance products are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns.

For All Returns, the following steps should be taken:

•The recipient notifies the Company within five days of receipt of the order.

•A copy of the packing slip or order copy must be enclosed.

•Products must be returned in original containers and must be packed properly to prevent damage in return shipment.

•Refunds will be offered to those items returned within 90 days of ordering.

Ordering Errors: Advisors and customers are encouraged to choose products carefully. If an item is ordered in error, the Company will work with you to return the incorrect item. The shipping and handling to return the item will be at the customer’s expense.
