Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders placed with Vonnera require 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as updating your shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@vonnera.com .

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing, and changes may no longer be possible. Vonnera is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via our Tracking Page . If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Unforeseen Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

"Delivered" Packages Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

•Check around your property and mailbox.

•Ask neighbors or household members.

•Confirm your shipping address is correct.

•Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.

•If confirmed lost, send us proof so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Our 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Depending on the reason for your request, please review the guidelines below.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not function as expected, we will resolve the issue promptly.

•Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

•Please provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.

•Once verified, we will issue a full refund immediately. You will not be required to return the defective item.

Change of Mind / Not As Expected

If you ordered the wrong item, it does not meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you may still return it under the following conditions:

•You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

•The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. These fees are non-refundable.

•Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back. A full refund will be issued after inspection.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale and promotional items are covered under this same 14-day return policy.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Vonnera reserves the right to deny a refund if the item has been damaged due to unauthorized modifications, improper use, or repair attempts.

Covered: Manufacturing defects or faulty materials.

Not Covered: Accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Resolution: If a valid defect occurs within 9 months, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. Cash refunds are not provided under warranty claims.
