Welcome to all gamers, smugglers, and bounty hunters. Here at Inked Gaming, we provide stellar customer service and easy shipping policies that even Mr. Solo wouldn't have to talk his way out of. Our whole goal is to make ordering off the internet or traveling through the galaxy to be as simple and easy as possible. The most important part of that equation is to ship as fast as we can. We could say that we ship faster than 12 parsecs, but did you know that a parsec is a unit of distance and not time. What was Han Solo getting at? Anyways, we are proud that our orders ship out in most cases within 5 business days of ordering, especially, since almost everything is made to order and not stocked. Free Shipping - All Domestic US orders over $75 and are eligible for Free Shipping * . We do not currently offer free shipping on International Orders.

Shipping Carriers - We ship orders through DHL, USPS, FedEx or UPS. We reserve the right to choose between the carriers based on delivery time and location. We will get the package out the door quickly but cannot account for any delays the carriers might have.

Delivery Guarantee: This add-on will be available to add to your order at checkout for an additional small fee and it will guarantee your order will get to you, regardless of being lost in transit, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the event that any of these things happen and you purchased our guarantee, you can then reach out to us at [email protected] and we can get a replacement set up for you!

***Disclaimer - FedEx delivery for international orders may have hidden shipping and handling charges added on that the customer is responsible for.

Delivery Days: Please note due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times may be a bit longer than normal due to the extra safety protocols, and short staffing the carriers are experiencing .

•Standard Shipping: Packages are typically shipped in 3-7 business days and normally will arrive within 5 business days for Domestic orders.

•International Shipping: Packages are shipped in 3-7 business days and are usually handed off to the local postal system once they reach your country. They usually arrive in 10 to 18 business days.

•Free Shipping: Carrier and method are at our discretion. Time frame is typically in line with either of the above.

•Priority Shipping: We ship this via a carrier at our discretion. Carriers will be chosen by our shipping team and will always be the fastest projected ship time.

•APO/FPO/DPO: Due to the nature of the Military Post system some bases may take up to 2 to 5 weeks for orders to arrive.

Shipping Confirmation with Tracking - We will always email you when your order ships with a tracking number included.

International Orders:

•For International orders when your order is handed off to the local postal service you can find their tracking number under "Delivery by USPS Int'l" or "Delivery by Postal provider" in the upper right-hand box on the tracking page.

•Due to their size, the 48x48 and 48x72 inch Wargaming Mats are not able to be shipped internationally to most countries outside the US and Canada.

•Additionally, at this time the Puzzles, trading cards, magnets, Funko Pops, t-shirts, and other marked products are not able to be shipped internationally.

•On International Orders, please note, that you are responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that may be charged by your country’s customs office once the order reaches the border.

We at Inked Gaming want our customers to be completely satisfied and excited about their orders. If there is ever an issue with your order, submit your return within 72 hours of receiving your package and provide your order number along with a photograph that indicates the problem. We are more than happy to reproduce or refund any orders that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns for custom orders require a 50% restocking fee. If you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different product, you can submit a custom return within 30 days of delivery.

For store artwork and unopened supplies/accessories, you are able to submit a return within 30 days of delivery.

That being said, there are a few products we can't accept returns on. They are listed below.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR STORE ART AND SUPPLIES

•Start your return by filling out the form for the appropriate order here: https://www.inkedgaming.com/returns Before a return can be processed it needs to be verified that the order was placed at InkedGaming.com and was ordered within 30 days. After 30 days all orders are final. Orders placed with a 3rd-party do not qualify for our return policy as we cannot guarantee the quality or condition.

•Repackage your return and include the RMA #. You don't have to ship it in a tube to send back to us, but we do need you to include a piece of paper with the package that has your name, order #, and RMA # written down.

CHARGES AND CREDITS

Shipping Charges & Other Fees - Customers do need to cover the shipping costs back to Inked Gaming for return reasons unrelated to quality. A 50% restocking fee is required on custom product returns for reasons unrelated to quality. There is no restocking fee for store artwork and unopened supplies orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Order - In that case, that would be our bad. We do need to be notified within 72 hours of delivery of the damaged or wrong item and then we may be able to reprint and reship your correct item. Please submit your return here and also include an image of the damage/issue and we will take care of you right away.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions. You can request a return, cancellation, or withdrawal through your customer account here: https://shopify.com/842412/account

Custom-made or personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where applicable.
