•All of our AROWONEN products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secured, tracked shipping method. For orders placed outside of the EU, we recommend contacting our store.

•Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address.

•AROWONEN only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be administratively processed the following business day.

•If the item is in stock, your AROWONEN order will be shipped within 3 working days.

•In case your AROWONEN package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the AROWONEN products, and their original outer packaging, and email us a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible at webshop@arowonen.com to notify us of the damage. This has to be done within 48 hours of receiving the package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method of your order.

For large, heavy, or oversized items delivered through our AROWONEN Delivery service, shipping costs are calculated after your order has been placed. You will receive a separate shipping quotation for approval before your order is processed. If the shipping costs do not meet your expectations, you may cancel your order free of charge, provided production or processing of made-to-order items has not yet commenced.

Return Conditions

We hope that you love your AROWONEN product(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return one or more products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.

We cannot arrange returns on textile and SALE items.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We make no exceptions to this policy.This policy also applies to custom orders that are paid for and confirmed electronically (online).

Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit.

Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transport. Therefore, we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information. In addition, we would like to ask you to use appropriate packaging material for the return shipment to prevent unwanted damage.

Return Request

•Follow these steps to return your product(s): Go to 'My account'. You can find this button at the bottom of our website.

•Start by logging in to your AROWONEN account using your credentials.

•Click on 'Orders' Locate and click on the specific order for which you want to initiate a return.

•Click on 'Request Return' Fill in the required information regarding the items you wish to return. This may include the reason for the return, quantity, and any additional details.

•Click on 'Request Return'

•Wait for confirmation regarding the return.

•If your return request is approved, follow the provided instructions to ship the items back to the designated address.

•After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible.

•If all of the conditions are met, we will be happy to refund the total purchase price to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your return.

•Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.
