Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Email needlexstitchco@gmail.com to start a return. If approved, we’ll send a $5 flat-rate return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
