Processing TimeOrders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email.

CancellationsOrders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, but a 10% cancellation fee applies. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

ReturnsIf your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Do not open the package and contact us within 3 days of shipment at holohorsegames@gmail.com to request a return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pre-orders, sale/discounted items, singles, graded cards, and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Delayed OrdersIf processing is delayed, you may cancel for a full refund. However, shipping carrier delays are not our responsibility. For tracking updates, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen OrdersHolo Horse Games LLC is not liable for any damages caused by the carrier, stolen, or lost packages once shipped. All claims must be filed through the mail company.

Minor manufacturer defects (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.) are common and not considered damage. We do not issue refunds for minor factory flaws. If you require a mint-condition sealed item, please note this in your order or visit our storefront.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations: Email us at holohorsegames@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Rush orders often ship within 24 hours, so act quickly.

Fees: All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If we cancel your order ourselves, no fee applies.

Returns: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If unopened, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving order (customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee).

No Returns/Final Sales: Pre-orders, sale items, vintage products, singles, and graded cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not offer price adjustments when the market falls after a release.

Shipping Issues & Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by the mail carrier, stolen, or lost packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Manufacturer Defects: Some sealed products may come with minor factory flaws (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.). We do not issue refunds for minor manufacturer defects. We will never ship an item with excessive defects. If you want a sealed item guaranteed to be in mint condition, please request it in your order notes or visit our storefront.

Bot/Abuse Policy: Orders placed using bots, automation, or multiple accounts to bypass limits will be cancelled and charged the 10% fee.

Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and may be pursued in small claims court.
