These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of all items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. The shipping costs associated with larger pieces of artwork are reflective of the drop shipping costs set by the artists themselves.

Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Forests, Tides & Treasures will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s), and item(s) is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

We offer two options for refunds. If you would like a store credit, we will send you a shipping label for the return. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue you an electronic gift card for use online or in-store. If you prefer a refund instead, the return shipping cost and arrangement for shipping will fall to you.

Once returns are received, accepted, and processed, we will notify you through email.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Forests, Tides & Treasures will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Forests, Tides & Treasures to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 business days

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

If you require a change of address, please let us know immediately, as we're unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

Forests, Tides & Treasures will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We have a 30-day return policy for items purchased at full price, while any discounted or sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, please contact us at info@fttreasures.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Outside of the sale section, certain other types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

When purchasing online, the fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We offer two options for refunds:

1. Store Credit: If you would like to receive a store credit, we will email you a shipping label for your return. Once received and inspected here, we will email you an electronic gift card for the total amount paid- including the original shipping charge- that can be used either online or in-store at any time in the future. There is no expiration date.

2. Refund: If you prefer to receive a refund instead, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping of the item. This expenses is not reimbursed. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item here, if there are no issues with the returned item, the cost of the item and the original shipping cost will be refunded to your original form of payment. Notification of the processed Refund will be emailed to you automatically. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company can take 3-10 business days to process and post a refund to your account depending on the company.
