To be eligible for a Return, or Exchange, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Shipping

We will bear return shipping costs unless the item was purchased in error or the item is in a product category for which the store does not accept returns.

1) To request a return of an item for a refund or replacement, click "My Account" in the top right corner and select “My refunds” from the drop-down menu.

2) Find the order you would like to return in the list of your orders and click on its number.

3) Click the “Request return” button in the top right corner.

4) Mark a checkbox next to the item you would like to return and select the reason from the drop-down menu below the item you selected. You can also leave an optional note in the appropriate field.

5) Then click the “Request return” button to your right.

The Customer Support team will review your request and if approved, a return label will be emailed to you to return the item.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund in 3 to 5 days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
