Returns from QuiltingFabricPanels.com
We offer a 14-day policy for returning defective products for an exchange, credit, or refund. Items must be in new condition with the original packaging. If an item is not defective we will not accept it as a return. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number displayed visibly on the outside of the box. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected. To obtain an RMA number, please email our Customer Service Team at info@quiltingfabricpanels.com. For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the refund will be issued minus our shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
We do allow customers to cancel their order before it has been shipped. Since all our Fabric Panels are printed on demand at the time of the order, we do charge a 25% cancellation fee for all orders that are canceled before shipment.
