As soon as Hard to Find has received the order, it will send the products to Customer without delay.

Hard to Find is authorised to engage third parties in the fulfilment of its obligations under the Agreement.

In principle, the delivery term is 1-30 days. Delivery may be effected in various ways, at the discretion of Hard to Find.

If Hard to Find is unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, it will notify Customer accordingly. In that case Customer can decide either to agree to a new delivery date or to terminate the Agreement without incurring any costs.

Hard to Find advises Customer to inspect the products upon delivery and to report any defects within an appropriate period, preferably in writing or by email. For further details, see the article about guarantee and conformity.

The risks associated with the products will transfer to Customer as soon as the products are delivered at the agreed delivery address.

If the ordered product can no longer be supplied, Hard to Find is entitled to deliver a product which is comparable in nature and quality to the ordered product. In that case, Customer will have the right to terminate the Agreement without incurring any costs and to return the product free of charge.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on outlet items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
