We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer service team for potential future availability.

Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping Timeframe: Typically, standard shipping orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Cost: Standard shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight during checkout.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited Shipping Timeframe : 2–3 business days after processing.

Cost: Expedited shipping within the USA is available at a flat rate of $6.95. If your order total exceeds $50, you’ll qualify for free shipping.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is due to our error (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- High Demand Periods: During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and other external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can monitor the delivery status of your package through the provided tracking link.

- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days at support@levouskin.com. We will assist in investigating the issue and work toward a resolution.While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues once the package is in transit, we will do our best to support you and help resolve delivery problems.

6. Shipping Restrictions

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure prompt service.

- Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping times may be extended for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping may not be available to these locations.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at support@levouskin.com . within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, resend your order.

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at support@levouskin.com . We will arrange for a replacement to be sent, depending on your preference and product availability.

8. Changes to Shipping Information

- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@levouskin.com . We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed.
