Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Processing Times

We require between 3-5 business days on average to fulfill your oder and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer around major holidays (up to 10 business days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your oder has begun processing we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and be received on different dates due to availability of the products.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey. For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. We do not have control over the package or tracking updates once the package is in the hands of the shipping company. If there are any questions in regards to shipping delays after the your order has been given to the carrier, please contact them directly.

While we do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received or, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct before. submitting an order. We are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve if for an address change.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to offer this option on the near future.

Important Notice:

We do not accept any editing of orders once they are placed. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting an order. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns on most items within 14 calendar days of receipt, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale, clearance and sale items are not eligible for return.

Note: Some items, such as personalized, are not eligible for return. How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please follow these steps:

•Contact us: Email us at info@bloomsandbeesco.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

•Return Authorization: If your return is accepted we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

•Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping. You can always contact us for any return question at info@bloomsandbeesco.com .

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We. recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure they are returned safely. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or stolen by the delivery company chosen and will not authorize refunds if item is not received.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not honor any damage claims after 3 days of receipt of the product. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the delivery service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you accidentally received the wrong item we will exchange the item at no cost to the customer. Please contact us at info@bloomsandbeesco.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item that was received in error and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to rectify our mistake. Exchange will be sent out within 1 business day of the receipt of the item that was sent out in error.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return please contact your financial institution.
