Due to our items being hand made to order, unless stated otherwise, these timescales are estimates. We can often get orders made quicker but sometimes there might be a slight delay.

UK Delivery

For the majority of orders we send via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. If the order includes multiple large items or the value is over £150 then we use Parcelforce 48hr. Full tracking is supplied, check SPAM folders if not received.

International Delivery

We are happy to send our products anywhere around the world and have had hundreds of customers globally over the years.

Due to the varying differences in sizes and weights of our products, and how they can be folded for shipping, then please be aware of the following:

1. All international deliveries will incur a charge dependent on location and weight of the order. If the order is under 5kg then it can be placed through the website and the cost* will be shown at checkout.

2. If your order includes mutiple quantities of our PLUSH liners then please get in touch with us at sales@candecosies.co.uk as these are difficult to fold and will require larger packaging and therefore higher delivery costs.

* Depending on items ordered, where parcels weigh 3kg to 5kg, then any stated shipping cost could be subject to change due to parcel sizing issues. If there is a change we will let you know immediately. Any change will be minimal and will only occur is rare instances.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a courier including full tracking information.

EU Customers: Please be aware that you might be liable for VAT and Import charges depending on your location and value of order. Click to learn more.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item please contact us before returning the item to discuss the options available. If a return is agreed then please return it within 14 days. All items must be returned postage paid and in saleable condition. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered then please contact us first and then return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including the return postage costs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used or washed. You’ll also need to have proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@candecosies.co.uk . If your return is accepted then please send back via an appropriate service, usually Royal Mail 48hr*. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@candecosies.co.uk .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items If you have requested a completely bespoke order then we can only accept a return if there is a genuine fault or if the sizing is incorrect (please bear in mind we usually add shrinkage allowance)

Items that have been used cannot be returned as all returned items, unless faulty, must be in immediate saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For items that are returned due to incorrect purchase or no longer needed then we will only refund the value of the product(s) returned. For faulty items we will also refund the cost of the return postage*.

* We will reimburse an appropriate postage cost for returning via Royal Mail 48hr or equivalent from Evri. Should you choose a 24hr or signed service then we will not reimburse for this.
