Shipping InformationWe are committed to fast and reliable order fulfillment. All orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

We offer domestic and international shipping. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

ReturnsAll return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

•Eligibility: We offer an even exchange for unopened, unused hair extensions returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for any hair extensions.

•Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

•Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

•Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.

Hair Care Products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-In Conditioner)

•Eligibility: Accepts returns for unopened or gently used items purchased directly from kaceywelch.com.

•Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

•Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

•Condition: Products must be in their original, unused, and salable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.

•Refunds will be determined once the items are returned to our office.

Support Products

Final Sale: All support products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Education-

In-Person Classes

•Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class date are eligible for a 90% refund of the original ticket price.

•Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable.

Online Education

All online classes are final sale and non-refundable, without exception.
