We work as fast as we can to get orders shipped, but as our collectible pieces are all cut and glued by hand, or because we are dependent on outside providers for printing, our production times are variable. If we have had a large volume of orders for a particular product or if the printers have taken on extra work then out schedule can be affected.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

All of our shipping is tracked, although customers outside of the United Kingdom or the USA do not get their tracking details sent automatically from the provider, so please email us after your shipping email is sent and we will be able to provide the tracking number.

International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VCR Zone is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, from our fulfilment centre in the USA for USA orders, or direct from us for UK and Worldwide, you will receive an email notification from us. UK and USA customers will receive their tracking details automatically. For worldwide customers please email and we will be able to provide your tracking details. Worldwide orders are shipped by Royal Mail, however the tracking number will be transferred to your local delivery company.

If you haven’t received your order within the shipping rate time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@unstableking.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. I’ll always sort you out. If I don’t get back to you on email hit me up on Insta.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order once it is received back at our unit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me at contact@unstableking.co.uk with your order number and info and I’ll sort you out.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can go through your customer account or contact us at contact@unstableking.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please consider using tracked delivery.

Once we have received your items back and confirmed that they are able to be re-sold, you will receive a full refund for returned products.You can always contact us for any return question at contact@unstableking.co.uk .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@unstableking.co.uk.
