We ship internationally, with orders dispatching within 1-2 business days.

Once an order has been placed, please allow a processing time of 1-2 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to your parcel’s live tracking information. During peak sales promotions and festive seasonal events, please expect additional 2-3 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched.

The delivery timings of each parcel may change from time to time, depending on variables like weather conditions, customs, global logistics challenges etc. For more information on shipping time per country, you may view the ‘Shipping’ section in our customer care page ‘‘. We will recommend that you check in on your delivery status from your tracking link that is stated in your email.

In the event you need to change your address, kindly email in to support@askandembla.net as soon as possible. We hope to seek your understanding that we are not able to redirect orders once they have been shipped, but know that we will do our best. Once your parcel is shipped, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to make the necessary arrangements.

If taxes are included in your order summary, you will not be required to pay additional duties and taxes.

If taxes are not included in your order summary, some orders outside of Singapore may have additional duties and taxes incurred. Please refer to your local customs tax and duties rates to determine your tax obligations. In these cases, Ask & Embla is not responsible for the amount, if any, that will be charged, and we’re unable to waive or refund such fees in any cases. We hope to seek your understanding on this.

It is important to us that you’re satisfied with our products, and we work hard to ensure that the quality standards of our products surpass your expectations.

Should you receive a defective or incorrectly sent item in your order, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost. If the item you ordered is out of stock, a refund in the form of a gift card will be issued. Kindly send an email to support@askandembla.net with your:

•Concern and

•Pictures/Videos of the defective / incorrect products for assessment

In the event that you have ordered the wrong items, we hope to seek your understanding that cash refunds are not accepted. That said, we do understand the disappointment that comes with receiving an item that is not what you intended to order. Should you still wish to receive the item(s) you desire, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to send your desired item(s) to you should you be willing to bear the cost of your shipping option along with any price difference.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns of any opened parcels nor any septum and body jewelry, as we take the health of our team and our customers very seriously. To be eligible for a return request, your item must be unused and in its original unopened packaging, and the shipping cost of returning your item(s) to us will have to be borne by the customer. Return requests are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Orders made during sale events, as well as items on clearance are not available for a refund at any time. Shipping costs are also non-refundable, unless you have received a defective or incorrect product. As long as the items are successfully delivered to you, the shipping costs will not be refunded even if your refund request is approved.

Orders outside of Singapore may have additional duties and taxes incurred. Ask & Embla is not responsible and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged, and we’re unable to waive or refund such fees in any cases.
