If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be temporarily delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. Any applicable import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

1. Return

(i) General

•To request a voluntary return under this Return Policy, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the date on which the order was placed. This voluntary return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law, including any applicable right of withdrawal.

You will need to submit the form with the following information:

•Name

•Full address

•Order number

•Product type ordered

•Tracking information*

•Once authorized by our customer service team, you will need to ship the product back to Cardo Systems warehouse and provide Customer Service with the shipment’s tracking information.

Please note that, for returns under this voluntary Return Policy, the returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), and all accessories originally supplied with the product must be included. These requirements do not limit any statutory rights of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the product may be returned even if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, although a deduction for any diminished value may be made to the extent permitted by applicable law.

(ii) Return Terms and Conditions

•Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. For consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, any refund shall be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

•You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.

•The product must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible, together with all parts and accessories. The absence of the original packaging alone will not affect any statutory rights available under applicable law.

•Refunds will be issued upon receipt and review of the product by our team of specialists in the Cardo Systems warehouse.

•Please be advised that the refund amount could be changed due to missing/damaged products or accessories.

•Returns (also under the statutory right of withdrawal) will not be refused solely because the product has been used. However, if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, including where it is returned physically damaged, Cardo may deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Cardo will assess any reduction in the refund in accordance with applicable law and will inform the customer of the basis for such reduction.

•Consumers residing in jurisdictions that provide a statutory right of withdrawal (including the European Union) may exercise such right within the applicable statutory period by notifying Cardo through the designated "Withdraw from Purchase" functionality available on the website or by contacting Customer Service. Such statutory rights shall apply notwithstanding any other provision of this Return Policy.

2. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the Return Policy set out in Section 1 will apply instead. For the avoidance of doubt, this provision does not limit or affect any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation available to consumers under applicable law.
